Our registered address is 312 W. 2nd St #2289, Casper, WY 82601, USA. This Policy is designed to meet the transparency requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and other applicable privacy laws.

1. Personal information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Contact information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, company, country and the content of any message you send us via our contact forms or by email.
  • Newsletter subscription data: the email address and optional name you submit to our newsletter form.
  • Technical data collected automatically when you visit the site: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, date and time of access, and approximate geographic location derived from the IP.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy for details.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of data (health, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, biometric data, etc.) and we ask that you do not submit such data through our forms.

2. How we use your personal information

We process personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

  • To respond to your enquiries (legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at your request, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); or our legitimate interest in answering business contacts, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To send the newsletter you subscribed to (legal basis: your consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); you can withdraw consent at any time).
  • To operate, secure and improve the website (legal basis: our legitimate interest in maintaining a functioning, secure service, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To comply with legal obligations (legal basis: legal obligation, GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

3. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share personal data only with:

  • Service providers (data processors) that help us operate the website and deliver the Services — for example, hosting providers, email sending providers and analytics services. These providers act under written contracts requiring them to process your data only on our instructions and to protect it appropriately.
  • Professional advisors (accountants, lawyers, insurers) when strictly necessary.
  • Public authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.

Some of these providers may be located in jurisdictions outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. In such cases we rely on appropriate safeguards (typically the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, supplemented where necessary).

4. International transfers

USAALIA is incorporated in the United States. If you contact us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with data-protection rules, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

5. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes described above:

  • Contact-form enquiries: up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe (via the link in every email or by emailing us).
  • Server logs and analytics data: up to 12 months.
  • Records we are legally required to keep: for the period required by applicable law.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten");
  • request restriction of, or object to, our processing;
  • receive your data in a portable format (data portability);
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;
  • lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. USAALIA does not sell personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, email sales@usaalia.com. We will respond within the time limits prescribed by applicable law (typically 30 days under GDPR, 45 days under CCPA).

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
