USAALIA provides project management consulting, network deployment support, administrative support, and multi-lingual services for multinational rollout projects. The scope, deliverables and commercial conditions of any paid engagement are governed by a separate written agreement between you and USAALIA; these Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, any such agreement. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, USAALIA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, USE OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES. USAALIA'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100).
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless USAALIA, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (i) your use of the Services; (ii) your violation of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property or privacy right.
We may modify these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page and revising the effective date above. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
